Meet the team behind Tradecraft Consulting
JEFF HANCOCK
Jeff has over 20 years of success in professional real estate, with a strong focus on development consulting and feasibility. He is the former Real Estate Services Manager at the City of Kelowna, where he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of all City owned property and actively managed a team of real estate professionals overseeing a land portfolio worth $1.2 billion dollars. Previous to that, Jeff worked as a Financial Advisory Manager at Deloitte in Vancouver and was a key part of the Real Estate Consultancy and Receivership Team, which focused on market feasibility, planning and valuation studies for real estate development projects, workout strategies for troubled assets, as well as scope management and budgeting for real estate related mandates. Jeff also worked as a Licensed Broker for a number of years with an International Commercial Real Estate Firm and currently with the Okanagan division of William Wright Commercial.
SHANE STYLES
Shane is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in new development marketing, sales and operations. His career has involved pioneering new fractional real estate brands in Whistler and repositioning feasibility analysis for luxury resort homes in Bali to complete strategic development and execution of the marketing and sales for some of the Okanagan’s most iconic developments. He is the former Managing Director for S&P Asia, co-founder of Folio Building Group, a licensed residential construction firm and former President of Epic Real Estate Solutions where he led his team to numerous record-breaking Okanagan real estate launches. He is currently a Licensed Broker with the Chamberlain Property Group. Shane has called Kelowna home for over 45 years and prides himself in both connecting people through his vast network and adding a global perspective to the local landscape.
